1. Orders & Payment

Once you finish checkout, your order will be confirmed after successful payment.
Please double‑check your shipping address, email and contact information before submitting the order. If you need to modify address or contact details, please contact us before the parcel is shipped. After shipment, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

All prices shown on the site include displayed fees. Additional local import duties, customs fees or taxes may be charged by your local government upon arrival, these are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We arrange shipment as quickly as possible after your order is confirmed.
International orders require cross‑border transportation and customs clearance. Estimated delivery time is 15‑25 working days. This is an estimation, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays can happen due to customs inspection, local carrier conditions or other factors out of our control.

We will send you a tracking number once your item ships. Please select the correct carrier when you check tracking. If you cannot view updates, feel free to write to our support team.

3. Cancellation & Returns

Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before shipment.
Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot stop the delivery. For international shipments, return shipping costs are usually very high. If you wish to return after receiving goods, please contact us first. We will review each request case‑by‑case.

We do not accept returns for reasons simply based on personal preference unless the product arrives damaged, defective or wrong item is sent. When damage occurs, please provide clear photos of the package and goods within 7 days after receipt.

4. Product Information

We try our best to keep product pictures, descriptions and specifications accurate. Minor color difference may exist because of different screen displays. We do not guarantee zero color deviation caused by device settings.
